Since Microsoft has removed the digital river downloads you have two equally bad choices.

Sep 28, 2012  Windows 7 Forums is the largest help and support community, providing friendly help and advice for Microsoft Windows 7 Computers such as Dell, HP, Acer, Asus or a custom build. Can any one tell me what version is this Windows 7 Pro OA SEA what is a meaning of OA SEA? What its mean Windows 7 Pro OA SEA. Question about fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium 'OA'. This is the cheapest way to buy windows. Large PC manufacturers like Dell, HP etc. (collectively called royalty OEMs) install. Hi guys, i'm new here, would like to know if I can install Windows 7 Pro to my custom build pc using OEM sticker with a key on it that i got from an HP unit? The sticker shows Windows 7 Pro OA SEA X16-96091. Feb 20, 2012  if your Toshiba came to you pre-loaded with Windows, and has an 'OA' sticker attached, then you'll need to contact Toshiba for support. (unless you have recovery discs for the machine already?) It's most likely that you will need to purchase a set of Toshiba recovery discs. Dear Ser, I lost Windows 7 pro oa sea x 18-82076 disk. So how can I re install new windows. My email address is - 6487066. Lost windows 7 pro oa sea x 1882076 disk hp support forum 6487066 Iamp39ve got the sticker on the back which says windows 7 pro oa. If itamp39s an oem copy of win 7.

Request backup media from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246?wa=wsignin1.0
Or if you have a retail key (NOT OEM from pre-installed OS)http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery

You may be better off borrowing from someone. For OEM (pre-installed) you need to contact the computer maker.

You will need to go to Dell.

Hi folks
Here is the situation:
Sometime in 2014, my brother took his PC to a repair shop. To make a long story short, the store sold him a Windows 7 Home Premium OA (What does the OA mean BTW ?). The store installed the windows for him on his PC.
The store gave him an ordinary DVD --nothing preprinted on it like a commercial DVD one would buy. Just a standard DVD on which Windows 7 is written by hand on it.
Affixed to the sleeve containing this DVD is a COA sticker with a product key on it. It says on the COA 'Windows 7 Home Premium OA' (do not know what OA means as I said before). It also says on the COA 'Acer Group'. My brother's PC is not a Acer. It is a home build, originally with Windows Vista on it. Vista was then replaced by that store with the above described Windows 7.
My questions are:
Question 1
Is this a valid Windows 7 key that he could use to reinstall his Windows on his PC (the one on which the windows was first installed) ?
Question 2
Could he use it (the key) to install this windows on a completely different PC (new parts including new motherboards etc..) ?
Question 3
Does this looks legitimate to you folks ? I do not know what to think but it sure looks kind of fishy to me ?
Thank You
